The Staff Development Center Trincomalee Campus of Eastern University, Sri Lanka has taken on the duty of offering training opportunities for all employees on the campus, to become engaged, effective suppliers and facilitators of higher education in Sri Lanka. It was established with the goal of improving the University’s academic, administrative, and non-academic sectors. Staff Development is an unstoppable process that really works in an organization. Our Staff Development Center organizes activities to assist staff members in learning about duties and developing the skills and competencies required to achieve institutional goals and personal goals as well. The programs and activities are scheduled and considered to be updated as per the changing nature of the environment.

Main Functions

• Conduct regular training programs and workshops to improve the knowledge and skills of academic, administrative, and non-academic staff of Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University Sri Lanka.
