Welcome to the Academic Affairs Division, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. The Academic Affairs Division is a key administrative division of the Campus which deals with matters that have a direct bearing on students' Examinations.

The objective of the division is to provide efficient administrative services to the students, staff and other stakeholders through the activities accurately, lawfully, transparently, productively with confidentiality to meet the Vision and the Mission of the University. 

The Academic Affairs Division provides the essential services – Stakeholders of the Campus community - that provision encompasses wide range of activities for the Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, which mainly fingered the Examination administration.

• Conducting Examinations of the Campus examination in accordance with the University’s rules and regulations with the coordination with the faculties.
• Arranging all activities related to releasing the results
• Obtaining approval of the Senate for Examination Results
• Facilitating for the General Convocation for conferring degrees.
• Issuing Results, Degree Statements and Academic Transcripts
• Verifying results issued by the Campus to other government/private institutions as per their request
