Workshop on “Embedded System Design”

The Faculty Career Guidance Cell (FCGC) of the Faculty of Applied Science, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, successfully organized a two-day workshop on “Embedded System Design” in collaboration with the Department of Physical Science for first-year students.

Held on 20th and 21st May 2026 at the Electronics Laboratory, the program was conducted by Eng. R. Vinojan and Eng. S. Jeyaram, with support from departmental demonstrators.

The workshop provided students with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, and Internet of Things, enhancing their technical skills and awareness of modern technologies.

This initiative reflects the Faculty’s commitment to strengthening practical learning and preparing students for future technological challenges.
