Workshop on Gender Balance

The Unit of Gender Equity and Equality (UGEE) successfully conducted an awareness program titled “Gender Balance” for the final-year students of the Faculty of Communication and Business Studies (FCBS) on 28th August 2025. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ understanding of gender equity and promote balanced perspectives in both professional and social contexts.

The session was facilitated by Dr. B. Sarangan, Senior Lecturer Grade II, from the Department of Business and Management Studies, FCBS.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, the workshop encouraged students to recognize the importance of gender balance in organizational settings and everyday life, fostering a culture of inclusivity and equality.
