As a contribution to the National Program for Creating Beautiful Beaches, we actively took part in a beach cleanup initiative held behind the campus premises, in collaboration with the Kuchchaveli Divisional Secretariat, on Sunday, 16th February 2025, at 8 AM. The event was conducted under the theme “Beautiful Island, Smiling People,” emphasizing collective efforts to rejuvenate the coastal areas of the Eastern Province. Clean beaches not only safeguard marine ecosystems but also promote tourism, strengthen local economies, and nurture community pride, paving the way for a sustainable future.
