The Christian association, “Unity of Disciples,” hosted the Festum Lucis on December 12, 2023, at the Mini Auditorium, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the oil lamp and the melodious rendition of carols. The distinguished guests for the evening included Rt. Rev. Fr. Dr. Christian Noel Emmanuel, Bishop of the Trincomalee Diocese, as the special guest, and Professor (Mrs) Chandravarthany G. Devadason, Rector of Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University Sri Lanka, who graced the occasion as the chief guest. The event was executed seamlessly, marking a successful celebration.
