Program 1: Workshop
The Unit of Siddha Medicine and Unit for Industry and Community Linkage, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, successfully started to celebrate International Yoga day on 20.06.2023. The event was conducted at the DS office in Town and Gravets, Trincomalee.
Program 02: Yoga Walk
The Unit of Siddha Medicine and Unit for Industry and Community Linkage, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, started the Yoga walk on 21.06.2023 with collaboration with the Department of Indigenous Medicine, Eastern Province, Trincomalee.
Program 03: Yoga day celebration
On 22.06.2023, the 9th International Day of Yoga was celebrated at the MIni auditorium, Trincomalee Campus. The event was graced by Prof. V Kanagasingam , Vice Chancellor, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, as the chief guest, and Prof. Ankuran Dutta, Director, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, High Commission of India, Colombo, as the Special guest and guest of honor, along with Prof. (Mrs.) Chandravathany G. Devadason, who graced the occasion. Prizes were awarded to those who participated in the yoga competition on the occasion.
