The Staff Development Centre of the Trincomalee Campus is planning to organize a half-day workshop for the academic and academic support staff of the Faculty of Sidhdha Medicine, Trincomalee Campus on “Outcome Based Education”. The tentative date of this proposed workshop is 22nd March 2024 from 9.00 am. – 1.00 pm.
I have attached the proposal for this workshop along with the estimated budget (Rs.15,000.00). I kindly request you to be good enough to grant permission to organize this workshop and also expect your permission to use the e-learning room (CICT) for this half-day session.
Further, I kindly request that please do the needful to arrange the vehicle for the resource person to pick him up from Batticaloa and drop him at Batticaloa.
The budget for this workshop will be taken from the workshop on Outcome-Based Curriculum Development (item xi in the action plan 2024 of the SDC). The rest money allocated for this workshop will be used to organize similar workshops for the other two faculties.
