The Staff Development Centre of the Trincomalee Campus plans to organize a half-day workshop for the non-academic staff of the Trincomalee Campus on “Workshop on Procurement Procedures, Voucher Preparation and Records of Inventory”. The tentative date of this proposed workshop is 11th October 2024 from 09.30 am – 12.30 pm.
I have attached the proposal for this workshop along with the estimated budget (Rs.16, 000.00). I kindly request you to be good enough to grant permission to organize this workshop.
Further, I kindly request that please do the needful to arrange the vehicle for the resource person to pick him up from Batticaloa and drop him at Batticaloa on the same date.
