NEW ENROLMENT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022

Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka has decided to enroll the students to follow the undergraduate degree programmes (Management Studies, Communication Studies, Computer Science, Physical Science, Siddha Medicine) for the academic year 2021/2022 based on their online registration at the University Grants Commission.

Accordingly, all the students are kindly requested to do the online registration through the link https://student.tc.esn.ac.lk/, on or before 04.08.2023 and download the set of forms to be submitted directly on the first day of the arrival to the Campus for physical verification. The date of orientation and commencement of Academic programe will be informed in due course.

Important: All the applicants should fill your application using the above link on or before 04.08.2023 and download the PDF file and other documents using the link. Please take a print, obtain all the signatures and bring all the forms on the date of the arrival to the campus.

  1. A set of forms (Personal Information form (Downloaded PDF) ,Application for residential facilities, Code of Conduct, Application for Student Identity Card, Declaration form, Check List)
  2. Selection letter of University Grant Commission.
  3. Originals and Certified copies of O/L Certificate, A/L Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, and National Identity Card.
  4. Birth Certificate (Original and certified copy)
  5. Health history form (It should be sent through a government hospital within two months)
  6. Color Photos 08- 4cm ×5cm size
  7. Duly endorsed bank receipt for payment with name and Registration Number (Rs.4000/- To be credited to people’s Bank Account No: 066-1-001-7-2390446 of the Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka along with paying voucher.
  8. Bursary application (It should be sent through the relevant Divisional secretariat of your area)
