To mark the annual celebration of New Year for the year 2023, welcomed the arrival of the new year with great passion and enthusiasm. All Staff of trincomalee campus eastern university of Srilanka were united to celebrate with joy, refreshment and entertainment.

The program commenced with the inaugural ceremony where the event begun with the hoisting of the national flag by the rector Prof.Chandravathany G Devadason, then the lighting of the traditional oil lamp by the dignitaries and then commenced with the refreshments served.
